My reflection : "Collaborative and cooperative learning"

The collaborative learning a group of students discussing a lecture with primary goal and it’s a situation where students are sharing ideas and information through brain storming  and give opportunities to contribute and give suggestions about the particular topic and make respect from other point of view of other members. Through collaborative teaching it prevent the passive discussion because that involve student and teacher to work together to solve the problem and give meaningful ideas. While  the cooperative learning the teacher might use specific task or model to help of every member to interact to other. The teacher should be aware to create a group because sometimes it cause of not comfortable to participating in a group setting because they feel shyness and criticism. The teacher should give different task in different member but it appropriate the ability of the student because sometime, if you not set the different task the other member chose the easily task that cause of dispute and the end of class “hindi nila natapos ang mahirap na gawain dahil pinipili nila yung madali”. And sometime if a group are compose of all leaders it cause of argument”kung sino and masusunod sa groupo” and if a group are compose of all followers it cause of walang gagawa sa task na binigay ng teacher dahil nakasanayan na nilang nakadepende sa leader”.  

As a future teacher I will used the collaborative learning , because it's effective teaching style to facilitate the student to prevent the bore during discussion and make active student to make more performance to enhanced their interpersonal intelligence and make good relationship between student to student and student to teacher through working together. But sometime the collaborative teaching have a disadvantage because it depend from the student if they collaborate or not. The collaborative learning its suitable for the student to willing to participate in a class but sometimes don’t judge immediately the student if they not participate during discussion`` baka nag aadjust lang sila o di kaya naghihintay ng pagkakataong mag salita.”
